Casey Chlebek - Republican candidate for U.S. Senate from Illinois offers a brand new proposal for the immigration modernization reform.

Casey Chlebek’s A NEW PIONEERING  SOLUTION TO OLD IMMIGRATON PROBLEM!

June 11th, 2022 – Chicago, IL

Mr. Casey Chlebek, one of the candidates for US Senate Illinois, offers a brand new proposal for immigration modernization reform.

RIGHT NOW WE HAVE UNITED STATES WAR AGAINST IMMIGRATION FROM MEXICO AND OTHER COUNTRIES. WE DO NOT NEED THIS WAR! ALL WE NEED IS A COMPREHENSIVE MODERNIZATION OF THE CURRENT IMMIGRATION SYSTEM, TO BE BASED ON IMMIGRATION  RECRUITMENT CENTERS IN MEXICO AND OTHER COUNTIES OF THE WORLD. THE IMMIGRATION CENTERS WILL PROCESS, IN ORGANIZED MANNOR, IMMIGRANTS WHO WISH TO COME LEGALLY TO THE UNITED STATES AND WORK HERE, ACCORDING TO OUR INDUSTRIAL, AGRICUTURAL, SERVICE NEEDS AND OUR DOMESTIC EMPLOYMENT QUOTA NEEDS.

The current immigration policy is a disaster since it is based the almost 100 old immigration laws. The old system does not address effectively our modern needs and immigration challenging conditions we face today. For our prosperous future, we must change the law very quickly, not just with the respect to our neighboring Mexico but also the rest of the World. The United States Government has to urgently create and adopt totally new immigration policy. Why? Because the United States economy cannot develop without full employment, especially in regards of temporary workers. We need many more of them for our industry, agriculture and various services. Therefore, to eliminate an immigration problem, regarding the undocumented immigrants and to stop illegal entry to our country, the law must allow for legal entry border crossings to enter the United States. Therefore, we have to create legal procedures for people seeking permanent and temporary jobs in our country.

Here’s comes my proposal, that as a newly elected U.S. Senator, I’m going to introduce this brand new bill at the very beginning of my senatorial tenure. To insure legislative success of this bill, I will form a Coalition of Sponsors, first, to prepare the bill and then to pass the bill. The new immigration law should allow for operating of the U.S. immigration recruitment offices in selected cities in Mexico and in other countries to process immigrants who wish to come to the United States to work. Each office must have a list of professions and services, available in our country, without hurting our domestic work force. The system would streamline workforce recruitment, while protecting the vast majority of jobs from unfair competition by undocumented workers. Every foreign person who wants to find a job, should use that list. In addition, each listing will have precise requirements for specific positions. All jobs would be filled based on our quota needs. The policy can be adjusted when needs of the economy change, thus preventing unemployment among the native and incoming population.

Can we absorb additional immigration into our country? Most definitely, yes!  Currently, our immigration population amounts to 14% of population, Canada has 22% and Australia a whopping 28%. If we really and truly desire to bring back 50,000 factories from overseas and 8 million jobs we exported over the last 40 years, without a doubt, we need to absorb much higher immigration quotas into our shores. What we cannot do is to allow for a wild uncontrolled and illegal migrant invasion without proper vetting. We cannot allow for entry of people who do not share our values or who are smuggled into the United States under the control of drug and migrant trafficking cartels.

For over a hundred years, people from all over the world have flocked to the United

States seeking freedom, employment and decent living. Today, again, it is a high call for our country to accommodate our neighbors and other countries but in organized and legal basis only!

So let’s welcome, as our own people, all legal immigrants, who – by working and contributing to our country – can become U.S. workers and possibly even citizens, living with us in their new homeland, improving lives of us all. Today and now is the time to implement this beautiful idea! Let’s do it!
