My name is Casey Chlebek and I am running for the United States Senator from Illinois, and in order to better acquaint the Illinois voters with my programs and eventual policies as the Senator, I would like to offer you several video sessions. In all, there will be five short videos “You Tube” style. Since I would like to broadcast this message to all people of Illinois, I thought, that it would be appropriate to tape this session in the studio of the Radio Station where I am now.

The first session which you are watching now, presents my mini-bio and a quick summary of all sessions.

The next three sessions will address individually my core programs which are: Jobs and Economy, Immigration and National Security, Education and Environment. Quite appropriately, these sessions will be taped at our campaign office at 112 W. Higgins Rd in Park Ridge.

The last video session will deal with the existential threat to us all today which is the Progressive Socialist Agenda of the Cultural Marxism. The last session will be taped at the “Shelter of the Lone Mother”, is to demonstrate my support for the PRO-LIFE movement to defend the unborn human being.
I do not own a gun, but I am strong supporter of the Second Amendment.

Let me introduce myself to you first. I am an immigrant from Poland – a country with now debunked socialist utopian traditions. I was born in a town of Czarny Dunajec located at the southernmost region of Poland called Podhale, near Tatra Mountains. I came to the United States, literally just one week after graduation from High School. I graduated from UICC as an Electronic Engineer, but all of my professional life I worked in the promising field of Information Technologies.

Here are several key programs which I would like to accomplish for you as the Senator of the United States:

Let’s be very clear, despite of the fact that economy at the given moment may appear to look very well, we must always be on guard and take it as a priority to make sure that is stays on the right course. So, when elected, I will make every effort to pioneer a massive improvement of the job markets in the State and in the United States. Specifically to address the high-paying jobs for the young generation, I would designate in Illinois brand new Industrial Zones for Advanced Technologies such as 5G, AI, quantum computing, robotics and automation. When done, the Illinois will become the Silicon Valley of the Midwest.

In order to protect our jobs and our tax base, I will fight to stop the exodus of people and jobs from Illinois. It may sound as a joke, but today in order to keep the jobs and the people in Illinois we need “to build a wall around the Illinois borders” not for the purpose of immigrants coming in but for the purposes of stopping the exodus from the state. We must address the uncontrolled and perilous levels of the State Debt.

I will strife to implement policies not just for Illinois but for the entire country which guarantee our pupils and students the best jobs upon graduation. I will fight to rebuild our failing public school system expand the private options of the Voucher Choice Programs.

We must remain on guard regarding the environmental concerns which must be sensible and responsible not to kill jobs of working families in the industries where their families worked for generations. My motto is: create, or a find a new job before you kill one.

My mission is to introduce the total overhaul of the 100-old Immigration System which will make that the “wall” irrelevant when properly implemented. The new system must accept immigrants who share our values.
Our immigration system must be implemented to satisfy our national goals.
For the moment we have no option, but to the best of our ability, we must control the borders and complete the wall is the practical alternative. After all, China’s Great Wall greatly stopped the invaders.

In order to improve our healthcare Systems to make it more competitive, therefore, we must allow for private industries to have a leading role. At all cost we must fight all attempts to implement the ruinous single payer system,

To help the new graduates, I would like to offer them, a 3-4 year loan deferment plans without any interest added for this period. But most importantly, I will fight to stop the government push to offer students loans which they do not need.

For this generation I have a very serious warning. You may not realize and it is not your fault that you are infected today with the most toxic, corrosive and destructive ideology ever devised by mankind. They came to our shores 85 years ago and they are devastating our new generation. I would like to introduce you to the concept of Cultural Marxism. We must stop in its tracts before it destroys our society. Take my warning very, very seriously – all of my early adulthood, I lived under the socialist system of Poland. I have witnessed the slow destruction of the society. This time in the United States, it would be no different.
The killer of this sick ideology is, that looks so beautiful and so promising on its surface, but only while someone else’s money last!.

Equally, life threatening to us, and even to our civilization are the abortion practices. Not only that such practices are inhuman, since they violate the sanctity of life from conception, but also they leave expecting young mothers with a very emotional trauma for the rest of their life for terminating the life of their own unborn babies. I would like to offer consulting and adoption alternatives for them, so that they can live their own conscience clear. Equally important is that their male partners should be forced to share the responsibly for the child as well.

I will work very hard to protect the rights of the unborn, but also I will work equally hard for the right to protect ourselves, therefore, I am for the Second Amendment. No one should take away the right which our forefathers gave us.

In the conclusion I want to tell all Illinois voters that I am strongly Pro-Life, PRO-2A and I am the only genuine Republican who 4 years ago voted for the President Donald Trump not for Hilary Clinton.

Welcome to the second video session. For the record my name is Casey Chlebek and I am running for the United States Senator from Illinois.
In this session I would like to present to you my programs or eventual policy directions regarding the “Jobs and Economy“ when elected the Senator of the United States. This is still just a brief overview of my programs but for the completeness, please review the same materials under the issues section of the website.

How Casey will help Illinois?

I strongly promote the President’s Trump newly proposed program to rebuild the United States infrastructure, I will forcefully promote rebuilding in Illinois not just highways and bridges, but also rebuilding of the levy systems to prevent annual flooding. Some levies are fifty years old and they are prone to catastrophic breaks.

When elected, I would to pioneer a massive improvements of the job markets in the United States and also in the State itself. Specifically, I would like to address the high-paying and clean jobs for the young generation. Therefore, I would designate in Illinois brand new Industrial Zones for Advanced Technologies such as 5G, AI, quantum computing, robotics and automation. When all is done, the Illinois will become the Silicon Valley of the Midwest.

The new Industrial Zones will most definitely not only create new jobs but they will help to stop the exodus of people and jobs from Illinois and serve to restore and protect our State tax base. That is not a joke, but it appears that today, we need to build a wall around the Illinois not to keep people from coming in but to stop them from leaving the State.

For the sake of the next generation, I will fight to stop and even to reverse the course of the uncontrolled State Debt and also the National Debt. The State debt stands now at 250 billion dollars and Illinois is the highest debtor in the nation. All of which has occurred under Dick Durbin’s watch. We must very seriously review the major sources of the State debt and take bold steps to prevent the State bankruptcy. Therefore, there should be no sacred cows and that includes even the unsustainable State Pensions.

Our country National Debt now stands at 23 trillion dollars it outpaces our National GDP by 106%. We must act quickly and decisively to stop this run-away debt train. As the United States Senator, I will fight for the comprehensive review of all entitlement programs to identify all culprits which contribute the most to our annual debt. I will fight to prescribe and enforce solutions to prevent inevitable economic nightmare.

As for the country, I will fight to restore and rebuild 8 million industrial jobs and 50,000 factories which we exported overseas during the last 40 years, and as a result literally entire industries disappeared from our country. Also as a result, the middle class lost major sources of income from good jobs and was forced to accept mediocre menial jobs, often leading to serious financial family support issues resulting in the family breakdowns and also in the visible increase of crime. High taxes are another culprit. As an example one is asked why the people leave Illinois, most often you will hear, that high taxes in Illinois are forcing them to live and to do business elsewhere. The short answer is that the State ruinous tax system should be totally revamped in order to make the State more competitive. Although, this is in the realm of the State legislators, but would be a very strong advocate and the promoter for the State to take very serious actions in that regard.

I am a strong advocate of lower taxes all across the board. Without any doubt, the President Trump made its first step in that direction and now is the time also to lower taxes also for the Middle Class.
I believe we can be very bold with lowering the taxes and as an example I can give the country of Singapore with one of the highest GDP of $90,000,whereas in the U.S. we enjoy only $60,000, and at the same time Singapore enjoys one of the lowest tax rates in the world with 17% for corporate and 22% individual income tax rates.

Welcome to the third video session. For the record my name is Casey Chlebek and I am running for the United States Senator from Illinois.
In this session I would like to present to you my programs or eventual policy directions regarding the “Immigration and National Security “ when elected the Senator of the United States. This is still just a brief overview of my programs but for the completeness, please review the same materials under the issues section of the website.

Immigration is a very sensitive and challenging undertaking. Currently, the entire world is in the process of migratory movements with over 250 million people worldwide on the move to find a new home.
Today, the immigration issue is the most divisive and controversial topic in the US. But also the current immigration system is totally obsolete and unsuited for the modern immigration challenges.
My mission as the United States Senator is to introduce the total overhaul of the 100-old Immigration System. The new system must accept immigrants who share our values. Our new immigration system must be implemented to satisfy our national goals and it must work in concert with the economy. In the first step toward that direction we should abandon the existing “Visa Lottery” system.

The new immigration policies should be defined very carefully to allow for controlled and legal admissions of new immigrants. The new laws should literally allow for managed recruitment service centers for new immigrants inside the participating countries. The applying immigrants should be very carefully screened to meet our pre-established criteria. The borders should be used only for the control of legal immigrants.
When correctly implemented, and when we utilized the most modern technologies to control our borders, the “physical wall” will become irrelevant in this exercise.
At this point we have no choice but to continue with the border infrastructure to keep out drug traffickers, criminals and terrorists elements but we should make every effort to use the most modern technologies for the border control.

Also, our neighboring countries, Mexico and Canada, should have been treated in a preferential manner based on the nearly two century-old Monroe doctrine – “America for Americans”. No one has the right to demand that we apply universally policies to the entire world when our own neighbors are first in line.

Our military stationed around the world projects our economic political influence. But, many Americans today raise a question, how long can we afford to be the world policeman and what is the price we are willing to pay for such a privileged status.
The easiest way to reduce the strain on our resources, is to reduce the military under command. We can pursue such course by the use of the most advanced technologies and by weaponizing each fighting soldier. Then, we can do much more with a smaller force. But in the end, it seems that we must also alter our strategies of conflict resolution to eliminate existing and new threats. A classic example is the development of new entrepreneurial military strategies of A2/AD which stands for Anti-Access/Area Denial, where technological innovations create low cost solutions to engage our adversaries.
We must also push to the limits our intelligence and surveillance capabilities before we send new soldiers into faraway places. The countries of economic or political interest should be won not by our soldiers on the ground, but by offering the countries of interest cooperation in a variety of non-military programs and soft diplomatic solutions. I believe that this is the most effective strategy before we attempt to “conquer and divide”.

Welcome to the forth video session. For the record my name is Casey Chlebek and I am running for the United States Senator from Illinois.
In this session I would like to present to you my programs or eventual policy directions regarding the “Education and Environment “ when elected the Senator of the United States. This is still just a brief overview of my programs but for the completeness, please review the same materials under the issues section of the website.

How Casey will help you?

I am a strong promoter of the young generations to establish themselves without major financial hardships, therefore, I must let you know that my wish is that students upon graduation when they are faced with the repayment of their massive loans, I would mandate deferment of the payments from 3 to 4 years without any interest added for this period. Before that, I would like also to address this huge 1,7 trillion dollar Student Debt to reduce the repayment burden. I would like to help also the new families by mandating maternity leaves for young families without worries about losing their jobs.

Despite of our elite universities, generally, our educational systems show many symptoms of structural deficiencies when comparing our test/achievement scores with many countries of the world. The 2015 test average scores for mathematics, science and reading shows United States in the 31st place and the China is in the 10th.  More importantly, the math scores only, puts the United States in the 39th place and the China is in the 6th place.

The delusionary policies of “No one is left behind” which sound so beautiful and so promising have resulted in its execution in a state of affairs where everybody is left behind. We must allow the private education to flourish to speed up the process. And yes, we must create a suitable environment for the selected few who exhibit an extraordinary intellectual propensity to be tutored within their own groups at their own pace. Also, we must stress the engineering curricula once again (before we reach the Mars this time), since today many an employer cannot find qualified technical personnel to work in the new advanced technologies.

To be honest, not all jobs require university or college degrees, therefore, we must expand our vocational school training systems with 1-year and/or 2-year job training programs for the most popular trades to allow our youth for a quick entry into the job market.

If you listen to the news media buzz today, you will learn that our civilization is doomed to extinct in ten years or maybe even sooner. Why, because of the man generated unsustainable CO2 emissions levels, which are they claim is at astronomical levels which lead to the global warming and to the inevitable death of our planet.
Did the climate experts and/or alarmists bothered to verify that during the course of life on our planet, the earth’s climate went thru numerous cycles of warming and cooling, and most recently warming occurred in XV and XVIII centuries and cooling in in XVII and XIX centuries. No one can challenge the fact that during these periods of time all emissions were not made by the man’s activity but due other natural phenomena totally beyond the man’s control. Simply put, our earth’s climate goes thru such cycles and this time is no different.

On the balance, it does not mean that we should abandon the CO2 emissions, but principally, under no circumstances we cannot jeopardize our own job markets to solve the problems of the entire world. The real pollution culprit is China and let’s be blunt, China has no desire to curb their jobs in their own polluting industries.
I find it ridiculous that we rush to close our coal mines and leave tens of thousands of people without any dignity for their work ethics of many a generation. Any planned reductions of jobs under any circumstances should always be phased in over a long period of time without disturbing the livelihood of the working people such is it currently implemented in Germany.

If all environmentalists are so concerned about our planet they should call to action to stop polluting the worlds water systems again starting with worst offender – China.
With respect to the environmentally sensitive jobs, we should use the following rule as guiding principle – which is to create a new job first, or find a replacement job before we eliminate one.
And lastly, I cannot restrain myself from commenting regarding the 14-year, now 17-year old teenager that keeps cutting classes and she should never be allowed to preach the entire world about the imminent death of the planet. Her parents should reprimand her and send her back to school to learn the differences between the weather and the climate.

ANNUAL PRO-LIFE/PRO-FAMILY CONFERENCE, DRURY LANE IN OAKBROOK, ILLINOIS

Welcome to the fifth video session. For the record my name is Casey Chlebek and I am running for the United States Senator from Illinois.
In this session I would like to present to you my programs or eventual policy directions regarding the PRO-LIFE fight for the human life, and PRO 2nd Amendment defending of our constitutional right to protect ourselves, and finally the most controversial topic today “The Progressive Socialist Agenda of the Cultural Marxism. All three topics are dealing with various aspects of defending humanity. You may say, they stand for defending the human life itself, defending ourselves and the last one stands for defending the nation itself.

There could not be a better setting for the videotaping regarding the merits of the Pro-Life/Pro-Family movements than during the attendance of the annual Illinois conference of such groups in the Oakbrook, Illinois which took place on February 29, 2020.

The most life threatening to us all, and even to our Western Civilization, are the abortion and eugenic practices of the Progressive Agenda. In particular, the abortion practices which I consider inhuman, since they violate the sanctity of life from conception, but also, they leave expecting young mothers with a very emotional trauma for the rest of their life for terminating a life of their own child. When elected the United States Senator, I would like to offer them also consulting and adoption alternatives, so that they can live with their own conscience clear. As a society, we should take the sexual education a step farther to introduce it into our schools curriculum of classes on topics of motherhood and fatherhood in order make partners aware of very serious consequences of childbearing and childrearing. The Pro-Life organizations such as those participating today in the Illinois Pro-Life conference should be given the first opportunity to help young mothers. It is equally important, the male partners should be mandated to share the responsibility of the childrearing as well.

I will work very hard to protect the rights of the unborn, but also I will work equally hard for the right to protect and defend ourselves, therefore, I am will never allow anyone to challenge the Second Amendment rights. Our Constitutional right for private citizens to bear arms had a very clear purpose which is to defend ourselves when our life is in danger. No one should take away the right which our forefathers had the wisdom to guarantee by the constitution itself.

I have a very serious warning to the new generations, and please take a heed.
Distain and disregard for your own self, your identity, you religion, your life,
your own country, even the color of your own skin is the prevailing “opium
for the people” of the Western Europe and now of the United States today.
This new phenomenon is commonly known as the Cultural Marxism, the
modern phase of Socialism.
Never before in existence of the humankind there was any attempt to devise such a self-destructive ideology. The ideology defies the human nature and the human condition. Make no mistake the 2020 elections will be about our existential threat of Socialism since younger generation today favors socialism over capitalism by 60%. Without any doubt, our society today is administered with large doses of messaging infatuated with this socialist doctrine. It is carried out on a massive scale, but I must tell you, that as an immigrant from the socialist Poland, these experiments end very badly for the society. It starts, with mass shortages and mediocre standards of living and services, and ultimately, ends in the collapse of the society. As a youngster, I was a witness to the initial decay of the system and I watched it going thru the convulsing pains of a certain agony upon leaving my country for the United States.

In the 2020 election, I could be instrumental to the President Trump to defeat the scourge of the Bernie Sander’s Democratic Socialism and to defeat Dick Durban. Make no mistake!, behind the Democratic Socialism hides itself the Cultural Marxism.

How did it happen, that today, a new generation so willingly embraces socialism over the capitalism? Let’s backtrack a bit.

Many a time when I explain the concept of the Cultural Marxism and its humble beginnings, I am told that is “too bookish” or that it is just “another conspiracy theory”. The truth is that the so called intellectuals who started the concept with the Frankfurt School in Germany in 1923 and soon after they came to our shores 85 years ago they had infiltrated our best universities and they have produced tons of scientific materials on this subject glorifying its fruits – the world of plenty for all and the world of an eternal bliss. Yes, it is time to do some reading of your own because the main stream media will not tell the whole story and the short video will not do justice to this poisonous ideology. The bottom line of this ideology is as follows: after the failure of the Bolshevik Revolution on 1917 to spread communist ideology on the international scale, they came to conclusion that must change the tactics and go after the universities to educate about this ideal and utopian world of the ommunist fantasy. Literally, instead of shooting their so called class enemies of the state, they decided conquer young minds with these beautiful and very toxic and corrosive ideologies..
And yes, in theory, what is there not to like it? And yes, most definitely, this time it will be different. And yes, they are working on your conversion continuously and very diligently for the last 85 years.

At your leisure time, please look up the Frankfurt School and its Critical Theory, the disguised name for socialism, they concocted at the University. Please familiarize yourself with Antonio Gramsci and his “Prison Notebooks”, you probably know about “Mein Kampf” written also in prison. And finally read the “Rules for Radicals” by Saul Alinsky to learn their tactics to divide, conquer and steal from the “haves” and award the “have nots”.
Also, try to obtain and read the Hillary Clinton thesis for Wellesley College on the community organizer Saul Alinsky. You will be surprised what you find!

My purpose to have you go thru this exercise is to find out by yourself the truth regarding the danger of the socialist ideology.

To be truthful, it is not your fault that today you share such values. It is not that you are naive or gullible. The fact is that the new generation is just very idealistic and they cannot fathom that something may be so wrong with such seemingly beautiful concepts. These people are sellers of ideas only, not the final products in which they will result. They lied to you from the very beginning, from the French Revolution onward. I am sure you remember that in the school you were told that the motto of the revolution was:
“Liberty, Equality, Fraternity”.
That is a lie! The original motto of the French Revolution was:
Liberty, Equality, Fraternity, or Death!
Yes, historically, if you do not subscribe to their way of thinking, it end badly for you, it may even kill you. It is hard to say how many were killed by the French revolution, but 20 million were killed after the Russian Revolution, 60 million by Mao Zedong and who knows how many were found in the killing fields of Khmer Rouge. How many suffer today in North Korea, or Venezuela?.
You see, even today, their modus operandi is not to tolerate or allow any other alternate views. You cannot voice your dissent. If you do dare to disagree, you will be ostracized, or worse even excluded or expelled from the public forum. Just imagine – what will happen when the Socialists are fully in charge?

The clarion call of all humanity should always be our unyielding mission and desire to defend the human life, to improve the human condition, to improve the quality and dignity of life and to extend the life of the human beings.

In the conclusion, I want to tell all Illinois voters that I am strongly Pro-Life, PRO-2A. I am not a RINO. I am the only true and genuine Republican who four years ago voted for the President Donald Trump not for Hilary Clinton.
